The gynecology-obstetrics department of Clinique Pasteur offers comprehensive care for women, from pregnancy to menopause. Our maternity unit features delivery rooms and a dedicated cesarean section room.

Assisted natural childbirth

Support for vaginal delivery in a safe environment, with an obstetric team present at every stage.

Planned and emergency caesarean section

Surgical birth, planned in advance or decided as an emergency, performed in a dedicated theater adjacent to the delivery rooms.

45 minutes to 1 hour in total

Hysterectomy (abdominal, vaginal, laparoscopic)

Surgical removal of the uterus, performed via the abdominal, vaginal or laparoscopic route depending on each patient's situation.

1 to 2 hours depending on the surgical approach

Myomectomy (uterine fibroids)

Removal of uterine fibroids while preserving the uterus, an option favored for women wishing to preserve their fertility.

1 to 2 hours depending on the number and size of the fibroids

Endometriosis surgery

Surgical treatment of endometriosis lesions by laparoscopy, to relieve pain and improve fertility.

1 to 3 hours depending on the extent of the lesions

Infertility surgery

Procedures aimed at correcting the anatomical causes of infertility: fallopian tubes, uterine cavity, ovaries and pelvic lesions.

30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the procedures performed

Prolapse repair

Surgical treatment of pelvic organ prolapse, to restore comfort and quality of life on a daily basis.

1 to 2 hours depending on the technique

Ovarian surgery (cyst, tumor)

Surgical treatment of ovarian cysts and tumors, most often by laparoscopy, preserving the ovary whenever possible.

45 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes

Curettage

A brief surgical procedure performed through the natural passages to empty or sample the contents of the uterine cavity.

10 to 20 minutes for the procedure; half a day at the clinic

Cervical conization

Removal of a fragment of the cervix to treat precancerous lesions detected by smear test, while preserving fertility.

15 to 30 minutes for the procedure; half a day at the clinic

Breast surgery (benign and malignant tumors)

Surgical management of breast lumps and tumors, benign or malignant, with a conservative approach whenever possible.

30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the procedure
