Lipofilling (fat injection)

Lipofilling consists of harvesting fat from an area where it is in excess (abdomen, hips, thighs), purifying it, then reinjecting it where volume is lacking: hollow under-eye circles, cheekbones, jawline, hands, breasts or buttocks. It is the most natural filling technique there is, since it uses exclusively the patient's own tissues. The reinjected fat integrates lastingly into the tissues: the portion that establishes its blood supply is retained permanently. Beyond volume, the fat brings a real benefit to skin quality, thanks to the regenerative cells it contains. Lipofilling can be performed alone, particularly for facial rejuvenation, or in addition to another procedure: facelift, breast surgery, buttock contouring (BBL). The double benefit — slimming the donor area and restoring the recipient area — makes it a particularly appreciated technique.
